About Me
My Experience
I can talk to all kinds of people. I grew up in one neighborhood and went to school in another. I took advanced classes but also was athletic. I am highly analytical in my training but have evolved beyond the numbers in my professional maturity. I can communicate effectively both vertically and horizontally in an organization.
I am highly goal oriented in both my professional and personal life and being authentic is important to me. I hold myself to a high standard and am able to do the same with my teams. I have been able to motivate highly intelligent people to deliver high quality results.
My Skillset
My education provides me with a heavily quantitative background - complex spreadsheets are my favorite puzzles to build and solve. Anywhere I go, I'm drawn to Business Intelligence tools; Excel Pivot tables and H/V Lookups, Pentaho Analyzer, SmartSheets, QuickBase, Google Sheets, etc. But I have also learned that numbers only count; they don't describe.
I work with people to draw understanding from circumstance to know the story behind the numbers. I have also worked under high pressure situations long enough to know how to deliver that story with tact and polish.
My Passions
Authenticity has become an important issue for me. How can I be honest with anyone if I can't be honest with myself!
Understanding and valuing the authenticity of others has allowed me to position the talent entrusted to me towards their highest energy alignment. I have been able to accomplish many important works through my team by simply aligning key efforts with the people best suited to accomplish them.
I like to encourage others to become their highest, truest selves. This is especially true with youth.
